Well I think, its not one man show... ramlinga raju is IT person, to cook the accounting book he will surely need Finance expert, & he must have managed that with the help of PWC .So its all about failure of corporate governance, one more thing, the coplexity in Accounting also made it happen. With inflated profits , so called "Research expert" proved to be foolish... so the one who has managed to do this he must have brain, its not easy job. but surely imprisonment must be for all..
